Director - Deborah Hoon

Deborah is a passionate Singapore-based theatre educator and practitioner with over a decade of experience bringing stories to life on stage.

Drawing inspiration from her training by renowned theatre masters like Philippe Gaulier, Jacques Lecoq, and Tadashi Suzuki, she specializes in Physical Theatre—infusing performances with movement, imagination, and heartfelt storytelling.

Believing in theatre's power to inspire, unite, and transform, Deborah founded Allegra Productions, working with young people and professionals to design engaging programs in local and international schools.

Deeply committed to education and peace-building through the arts, she brings creativity and compassion to every project—especially those celebrating connection and empathy.
